City Square Shopping Centre at 12th and Cambie asked us to refurbish their tired looking benches. We cleaned up the cast parts, replaced the cedar slats and finished them with 3 coats of durable gloss alkyd.  Be sure to try them out when you're in the neighbourhood.

Club Monaco's downtown Vancouver location at Robson and Burrard called on Vancouver Handyman Services to help refurbish their store.  For this project we were asked to erect scaffold in the stairway and hang several photographs for a dynamic gallery effect.

Concerned about his rotting staircase on the front of his house, our client started taking it apart to investigate.  He called on Vancouver Handyman Services for the repair.  We fixed the rot, replaced the steps and installed new cedar shakes for a fresh clean look.

Our client was looking for a simple deck to help clean up her back yard. We demolished the concrete that was in the way and framed around the tree stumps to give her a renewed outdoor living space.

Staff washrooms are often the most neglected aspect of any business. We fixed this one up by laying a new tile floor and installing a vinyl baseboard for easy cleaning.

We were asked to fabricate and install a replacement picket fence by a client in Richmond, BC.  We used fir for strength and durability.  Now its ready for paint.

This condo had just been listed for sale with one final detail still missing from the renovation.  Our client called on us to install a beautiful glass tile backsplash in the kitchen.  Great job, Jenkins!

Our client's concrete block fence was knocked over by a garbage truck.  We completed the demolition, hauled away the blocks, and replaced the fence with sturdy cedar panels for a clean new look.

This exterior staircase was literally falling off the back porch of this house.  We repaired the rot on the deck and installed new handrails and stringers.  Now its safe and sound.

Our client called us to repair his 3rd floor deck railing.  A quick investigation revealed wood rot and water ingress into the deck structure.  We built a parapet wall to correct the roofing detail, and repaired the railing.

We were called upon to finish a deck.  We installed a beautiful cedar soffit on the ceiling and closed in the bottom to create a secured storage area.

We constructed an office in our client's garage so he could work from home. We framed the walls, installed a window and door, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring and trim.

After years of stacking firewood and other moisture-collecting items against the side of this house, the siding had started to rot.  A closer examination revealed that there was no sheathing - that the studs and bare insulation were merely covered with building paper and plywood siding.  Water had started to penetrate the bottom plate and interior drywall because the siding did not extend past the curb of the footing.  We developed an inexpensive plan to fix the rot and we replaced the rotted siding.  Our clients were thrilled with the results ...and with the price!
